*BCYC & FCC Academy* is a joint initiative to develop football at the grassroots level across Bankura District. Organized by *B.C.Y.C.*, the academy runs intensive coaching camps to identify, nurture, and train raw talent from rural and slum areas where opportunities are limited but passion for football runs deep.

We aim to create a professional football environment in Bankura by:
1. *Spreading Grassroots Awareness*: Taking football to villages where children have never had structured coaching
2. *Scouting Raw Talent*: Identifying gifted players early, regardless of economic background
3. *Modern Scientific Coaching*: Providing technical skill training using updated methods for fitness, tactics, ball control, and game intelligence
4. *Equipment Support*: Supplying proper boots, jerseys, footballs, and training kits so poverty never stops talent

To make Bankura a recognized hub for football excellence by building a complete ecosystem - from barefoot village games to international-level training. We believe the next Indian World Cup player can come from these blocks if given the right platform.
*5. What We Need / Looking Forward*
To achieve our mission, we seek support in:
- *Equipment*: Footballs, cones, bibs, boots, jerseys, goal nets
- *Infrastructure*: Mini turf, lighting for evening practice, physio room
- *Expertise*: Sports science support, nutrition plans, exposure trips
- *Sponsorship*: To sustain free coaching for underprivileged players
Tribals people are god gifted tallented player but they have lack resources
Food,Malnutrition, TB killed there talent in very early age. Many tallented footballer are now a migrate labour or addicted by local addiction product.
Last 15 years we are working here and found many barriers to our dream path.
We scout them from villages from primary school and selected students are admit into town schools from class 5 to 10 they are connect with our coaching programme. But lack of fund we are unable to provide them many important equipments. Sufficient Football is needed to improve there ball controlling skills and others.
